iNDX CO+ Update: Highlights From January 19 to February 1 2026 — Here is the Master Findability Framework I promised.
Summary
As promised in my last email, I’ve released a roadmap and set of tools that I believe crack the code on durable, future-proof SEO and GEO/AEO. I strongly encourage you to start working through this now. As AI rapidly becomes the gatekeeper between those who sell and those who buy, a new paradigm has emerged for how sellers get found.
Because iNDX CO+ is still small, I’ll be reaching out to each of you individually to help you get started with this document and apply it to your situation.
Don’t let the length of the document intimidate you. It’s designed as a reference framework and not every section will apply to everyone. This is a living, working document, and I’ll continue updating it based on real-world use. As with all iNDX updates, I’ll share changes and refinements in bi-weekly member emails.
While this framework is originally intended for consumer brands, it’s not limited to them. It applies to anyone who wants to be discoverable in the AI era—B2B companies, freelancers and consultants, creators, employees, professionals building personal brands, side-giggers and solo operators, and even households with assets to rent or monetize. AI is reshaping findability in ways that dramatically level the playing field, rewarding clarity and meaning over spend, scale, or legacy SEO tactics.

Debunking the Myth That Search Is Dying
This post challenges the narrative that “search is dead,” arguing instead that search is being re-mediated by AI. The key shift is not disappearance, but abstraction—where AI synthesizes answers from trusted sources rather than sending users to lists of links.

A data-driven look at the sharp decline in publisher traffic from Google, reinforcing that AI-generated answers are disintermediating traditional content models. The post provides important context for why relying on traffic alone is no longer a durable strategy.
