iNDX CO+ Update: My next major tool release is here - I rebuilt indx.earth for the AI era and open sourced the builder so you can copy it

I’ve now released multiple tools to help people get found in the AI era:

I used this exact process to rebuild my own site at indx.earth - the core website behind this project.

But here’s the important part:

I open-sourced the entire process. This is not just another website builder. This process removes huge amounts of complexity, cost, and dependency:

This is what the AI era is supposed to deliver: Massively increased capability with dramatically lower cost.

But more than that, this builder will leap you years forward, making your website maximally usable by AI agents and AI search systems. And I think the methodology in my builder will still be relevant decades from now.

A few important notes:

  1. Start simple. That’s why I used indx.earth first - not my larger websites with ecommerce systems, huge content libraries, and years of complexity. This builder is perfect for that.

  2. The builder is intentionally lightweight. It will improve over time. I’m continuing to add skills, scripts, workflows, and automation layers. But the foundation already works for a small website.

  1. This does NOT mean replacing your existing website. I will never replace my WordPress pet business website. It works well for humans. Instead, I’m adding a second layer optimized for AI systems using the exact process in this builder. That’s the key insight. Most people will not replace existing WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Wix, or Squarespace websites with years or decades of history (my WordPress site for my pet business is coming up on 19 years with more than 1100 pages). You will augment them with an AI-native layer that makes your content maximally usable by AI agents and AI search systems. That is where things are heading.
  1. You do not need to manage the technical complexity. You simply:

Codex and Claude easily understand my builder, modify the skills and scripts as needed and guide you through the process. In most cases, your main job becomes creating content in simple Markdown documents. The AI handles the rest.
